Romesco Baja Med bistro is a jewel in the middle of Bonita. Away from complications, fusions or presumptions, Romesco serves harmonious dishes and a variety of tapas, all considering the various flavors, colors, textures and aromas that nature has to offer.
Inside the restaurant, in a separate section, you can find our Spanish Tapas bar, established in april 2009; a dynamic and casual bar that closes late and offers a happy hour from 3 to 7 in the evening. Our bar reflects an outstanding spanish ambience with bullfighting paintings and wooden decor.
